General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between CONTRACT COST CARE LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Consulting Company”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”), unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
- Scope of Services The Consulting Company offers consulting services, workshops, training, and services in the area of maintenance and support, which include measures for increasing efficiency and reducing costs in maintenance contracts. The specific scope of services is determined by the contract concluded between the Customer and the Consulting Company or by the order confirmation.
- Conclusion of Contract A contract is concluded through the written confirmation of the offer by the Consulting Company or through the signing of a written contract. Oral agreements are only effective if confirmed in writing.
- Fees and Payment Terms The amount of the fee and the payment terms are individually agreed upon between the Customer and the Consulting Company and are specified in the respective order confirmation or contract. The payment of the fee is made in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
- Liability The Consulting Company is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Any liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
- Confidentiality The Consulting Company undertakes to treat all information from the Customer confidentially and not to disclose it to third parties unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing or required by law.
- Data Protection The Consulting Company undertakes to comply with the data protection regulations in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Personal data will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and will not be disclosed to third parties unless the Customer has given explicit consent.
- Final Provisions The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Limassol, Cyprus. Should any provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its meaning and purpose. By engaging the Consulting Company, the Customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
